This Digital nomad visa is designed for remote workers who wish to live in Indonesia while working for foreign companies. This visa is valid for up to 1 year and is renewable. You must apply this KITAS before you enter Indonesia (1 month in advance is recommended)
With this visa you CAN
- Carry out assignments from overseas company.
- Bring eligible family to apply Family KITAS to live in Indonesia.
- Travel In and out Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
- Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family
- Open up personal Bank Account, etc
With this visa you CAN NOT
- Receive compensation, wages, or similar from Indonesian companies or entities located in Indonesia
- Open up a business in Indonesia
