Dependent family members of KITAS and long-stay visa holders (including Golden and Remote Worker Visas) are allowed to reside in Indonesia as dependents of their sponsoring family member.
In other words, the KITAS holder (E33G, E33F, E28, E23 can sponsor their immediate family (wife/ husband and children under 18 years old) in order to apply the Family KITAS to live in Indonesia For wife/ husband requires marriage certificates and birth certificates for children
With this KITAS you CAN
- Travel In and out Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
- Conduct activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family
- Open up personal Bank Account, etc
With this KITAS you CAN NOT
- Receive compensation, wages, or similar from Indonesian companies or entities located in Indonesia
- Open up a business in Indonesia
