The Investor KITAS is available to foreigners who invest or establish a company in Indonesia. The Foreigner must be a Share holder in a PT PMA (LLC for foreigner) and have share value at least IDR 10 billion to apply the Investor KITAS.
This KITAS allows to stay straight 2 years and able to in and out Indonesia as long as the KITAS still valid
With this KITAS you CAN
- Bring eligible family to apply Family KITAS to live in Indonesia.
- Travel In and out Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
- Conduct activities related to investment, do business, tourism, and visiting friends or family
- Open up personal Bank Account, etc
With this KITAS you CAN NOT
- Work .. Even in your owned business you are not allowed to work. You can only owned the business and only can do management task in the back office
